SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the Fibo Art text message (SMS) program. Fibo Art (“Fibo”, “we”, “us”) runs art classes, camps and free trial classes for children at our studios in Orange County, California.
Program Description
By giving us your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from Fibo Art, you consent to receive SMS messages from Fibo Art about:
Classes and appointments: confirmations and reminders for your free trial class, makeup classes and other appointments; schedule changes and studio closures; account and billing notices; and replies to questions you send us.
News and offers (only if you agreed to them): new classes and programs, camp and class registration openings, events, and special offers from Fibo Art. We only send these to parents who have agreed to receive promotional texts from us.
Messages come from Fibo Art and always identify Fibo Art as the sender.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. How many texts you receive depends on your bookings, your account and whether you agreed to news and offers.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message from Fibo Art. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us.
You can also opt out by emailing classes@fiboart.com or calling 714-579-1929.
If you opt out and later want to receive texts again, email or call us and we will re-enroll your number.

Consent Is Not Required to Buy
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a class, a trial class or a camp, or of buying anything from Fibo Art.
Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Fibo Art will make reasonable efforts to deliver messages, but delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as your carrier’s network or your phone’s settings.
Privacy
Your phone number and the information you share with us are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep receiving messages after a change, the updated terms apply; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
